Green Tea Cupcakes

Ok so they were requested by a friend of mine to make these and green tea cookies. My friend loves anything green tea. So I made the cupcakes again bc I have the day off again for the 3rd time in the row. I put a almond flavored buttercream on them not too bad. I kinda like it. My only issue with this cupcake is the top bakes too quick so its is sorta crunchy in away. I wonder if it is the sugar in the cupcake? I dont know. Thats what I like about baking is taking a recipe and ripping a new one it might or might not work but you dont know til you try.

Snow Day

So, I called my older sister to chat but to also get ideas of what to do on my day off. I cant stand days off. She gave me many great ideas. So, I took the ideas and run with it. I painted my nails and found a recipe to modify baked bread that tastes actually good. Also she said i should create a blog about my baking stuff so here I am.

Yeast Bread with the following
-buttermilk, assorted shredded cheese, basil, rosemary, dill.. it is actually good. Here is a pic of it.
