Instead of Baking today Cooking, ya I said it


Today I decided to make a somewhat healthy lunch.

Pasta with mushrooms, red and yellow peppers, spinach, marinated artichokes, mustard seeds, a little salt, and a sage butter sauce.

It's delicious and slightly healthy too. Inspired by a pasta dish made by my sister.

  1. That looks YUM-O! Mushrooms sounds like a great addition and the thick noodles would be great for sopping up all of that veggie juiciness : ) I'll try it with shrooms next time!- Meg
